• Online purchases of non-sale items can be returned or exchanged within 30 DAYS as long as the items are in saleable condition with all tags attached.

Under these circumstances, lost, stolen or otherwise damaged goods will not be reimbursed by either Everything But Water nor its designated third party carrier.
• Orders are processed M-F from 9am-5pm EST except for major holidays and are typically fulfilled within 2-3 business days (received in 7-15 business days).
• We do not ship to PO boxes or military bases.
