I just wanted to congratulate on what
a wonderful employee you have at the Altamonte Springs
Mall store. Helen was very attentive to my needs and
she was very helpful. She made me feel like her number
one priority and had plenty of patience. I needed to
make an exchange and she provided me with a hassle free
customer service attitude. She helped me make my selection
and was very understanding. When I got home, I discovered
that one of the cups of my bathing suit did not have
any padding in it. When I went back to the store that
same day, she remembered me and was very eager to fix
my problem. She even put the padding in for me. Most
other stores would have handed you the pad and told
you how to do it. She is great. What a great representative
Helen is for your company.

I recently left my favorite bathing suit at a hotel
and, unfortunately, the hotel staff was unable to locate
it for me. I returned to my local Everything But Water
store -- Costa Mesa, CA -- to purchase an identical
suit, but they no longer had any in stock. The sales
representative -- Krista -- paged through the BEBE listings
to see if she could not only figure out which bathing
suit I was describing, but also to determine if there
were any left in any Everything But Water location.
A few days later, I received a phone call from Pamela,
the Belz Mall manager in Florida. She had only found
one piece of the bathing suit, but told me that she
would keep looking. She eventually found it and shipped
it to me, and I am so pleased to have my favorite bathing
suit again.
Krista and, particularly, Pamela went significantly
out of their way to help me in my quest to replace a
lost bathing suit. I have thanked them, but wanted to
compliment them publicly.

I wanted to express my THANKS to the team at the store
in Hillsdale, CA. Bernadette, Natra and the team searched
high and low for a bikini in a color that was out of
stock in their store. They found it and I went and purchased
it today. I usually only see customer service like this
from Nordstrom, but I'm happy that my first experience
at your store was a positive one! Thanks again!

I went to International Plaza and Mitchelle helped
me out. I went a while back, but have not been able
to respond until now. I happened to walk by the store
this past weekend, and I stopped to look in. Mitchelle
was there, and she remembered me and asked if I had
liked my past purchase. She informed me of new styles
coming in, and wished me a good day. Mitchelle did not
come across as a sales person trying to sell me something
I did not need; instead, she was purely genuine and
helpful.

I don't know if you will remember me (and my then
fiancé), but I was in your store back in August
shopping feverishly for some bathing suits. I just happened
to mention that the special occasion was my honeymoon
to Mexico the next month, and all craziness broke out.
I was the first customer that you were able to promote
the embroidered "Just Married" suit to and
I fell for it hook, line and sinker...and I'm so glad
I did. It was my very favorite bathing suit to wear
on our honeymoon, and I got compliments on it wherever
we went. I will be able to have the itsy, bitsy, teeny
weenie bikini as a keepsake forever and look back at
when I'm 40 and wonder how in the heck I ever fit into
it :)
You and your staff were so wonderful and asked that
I send some pictures to you. I included a couple of
other pics as well of the two other bathing suits I
bought from you, and my really hot husband and I. I
apologize for the delay in getting these to you, as
it's been fairly hectic around our house post-wedding.
