I want to commend Crystal from the Beverly
Center store in Los Angeles, CA. She was extremely helpful
and made my experience the best swimsuit buying experience
I have ever had. Usually swimsuit shopping is extremely
frustrating due to the small choice at most stores and
the lack of customer service. On this shopping trip,
however, Crystal was able to suggest more than 15 different
suits for me to try on based on the answers I gave to
several questions she asked me at the start. She stopped
by the fitting room frequently to see how I was doing
and to check on the fit of the suits she had suggested.
She was very patient as I requested different sizes
or colors and brought several more suits to me in the
dressing room. I found a great suit and owe it all to
Crystal! Thanks for hiring such great staff!

I just had to email you to tell you what a wonderful
shopping experience I had today in the Short Hills store
with Amanda! She was so helpful, professional and really
knew what suits to have me try on. I'm almost 40 years
old and bought my first bikinis today in probably over
30 years! I can say that buying bathing suits today
was really fun...and that's the ultimate compliment.
Keep up the good work! (And great staff that you have

After running all over Chicago IL looking for a swimming
suit on a cold wintery day I had given up hope of finding
a new swimming suit for a surprise island vacation with
my husband over the holidays. In talking to a friend

I want to compliment your personal shopper, Ginger,
for going above and beyond to locate swimwear on short
notice. She sent pictures of what was available in my
size and choice of colors very quickly the same day
and I had several options to select from.
Ginger was able to find exactly what I wanted and I
ended up purchasing two swimsuits. She also assured
my suits would be to my home prior to leaving for vacation
on a two day notice.

I recently had a wonderful experience at your Beverly
Center store where Crystal is the manager. My friend
and I could not believe what a friendly and helpful
salesperson she was. She went out of her way to show
us several styles of suits that complimented our body
types. She was enthusiastic without being pushy. Needless
to say, we found great suits, plus, when I wanted to
buy a pair of sandals (but the store was out of my size),
Crystal took all of my information, found the shoes
at another store and promptly had them sent them to
my home. I just can't say enough about Crystal other
than you are very lucky to have her as an employee of
your store!

I would just like to comment on the incredible service
I received at your store located in Orlando, Florida
at the Millinia. The store manager Pamela went out of
her way to help me find the perfect swimsuits for my
honeymoon. She spent about an hour and a half with me
and did not pressure me into buying any suite that did
not fit properly. She was upbeat and very personable
not only to me, but to her employee's as well. She is
a wonderful manager and seems to care about her customers’
satisfaction.
