FEATURED / FURNISHING HOPE

Hope & Support

Everything But Water is pleased to feature Becca Swim's American Beauty line in store windows nationwide. The suit is part of three Americana collections designed by Rebecca Virtue to support those who serve in the United States military. Becca Swim is donating 15 percent of the net proceeds from this collection to Furnishing Hope, a nonprofit organization which furnishes homes for severely wounded military and their families. The beneficiaries are often recovering from an amputation or brain injury.

Furnishing Hope, founded by Virtue's mother Beth Phillips, creates a much needed nurturing environment so that families can recover from their loss, adjust to their disabilities and build their future. Phillips, an interior designer, conceived of the organization to make use of the thousands of dollars worth of furnishings her clients were discarding during renovations. The organization has since grown into a network of designers, volunteers and donors who use their skills and assets to transform living spaces into pleasant and cheerful homes for those in crisis. "Within hours, they can turn an empty apartment into a nurturing home," said Rebecca Virtue.

All pieces from the three Americana collections are sewn in the USA. Shop Becca Swim's Americana collections for Furnishing Hope. Learn more about Becca Swim's commitment to Furnishing Hope.
