In April 2006, Bear Growth Capital Partners, an affiliate of Bear Stearns Merchant Banking, acquired Everything But Water. After the initial acquisition of Everything But Water, in October 2006 the company then acquired Water Water Everywhere, and in February 2007 acquired Just Add Water. The combined entities now own and operate more than 70 stores, making us the largest swimwear retailer and the only chain with a nationwide presence.
