Payments can be made online using the following credit cards.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, not including shipping and handling fees, for orders shipped to: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, IL, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NV, NY, OH, PR, SC, TN, TX and VA.

Credit Card Charges

We do not charge your credit card until the date we ship your merchandise to you.

Split Shipments

If your order is sent in multiple shipments, your credit card will be charged separately for each shipment. Additional shipping charges will not be incurred on subsequent shipments.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be purchased and redeemed online and in stores. Please note that the purchase of a gift card is non-refundable.

New orders are processed during normal business hours and are typically fulfilled within 1 business day unless an item is backordered. Items listed as pre-order or backordered will be shipped as soon as the items are available. Occasionally, due to popular demand, an item designated as in stock may in fact be out of stock at the time that you place your order. In such instances, we will notify you and will ship your order as soon as the item is available.

Ground shipping on all online orders is free of charge within the contiguous U.S. In-stock items generally arrive between 3-4 business days from our fulfillment center in Dallas, Texas. If you would like your package rushed, we are happy to do so for an additional charge:

Two-Day Shipping

$10. Orders are typically received within 2-3 business days.

Next-Day Shipping

$20. Orders are typically received within 1-2 business days.

Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico

The shipping charge is $17.50 and delivery is generally within 7-10 business days. For two-day delivery, the shipping charge is $25. Next-day shipping is available for $45.

Canada

The shipping charge is $55 and delivery is within 4-7 days, though delays are possible due to customs. Orders shipped to Canada will incur additional duties and taxes as established by the Canadian government. These additional fees are collected by the shipping carrier and will not be reflected in your Everything But Water invoice.

Signature Requirement

We strongly recommend you require a signature for delivery as it protects you in the case of lost, stolen or damaged goods. If you waive this option, the recipient assumes responsibility upon delivery and lost, stolen or otherwise damaged goods will not be reimbursed.

Tracking

We mainly ship via UPS. You will receive a tracking email from us when you package ships.

International

Aside from Canada, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

PO Boxes

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes.

In Store Purchases

Everything But Water wants you to be fully satisfied with your in store purchase. Our trained fit specialists are there to help make sure you find the perfect fit.

We will gladly replace, exchange, or refund your in store purchase, other than items designated as "on sale," within 10 days of purchase as long as the items are in saleable condition with all tags attached. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. Returnable items can be brought back to any of our store locations. Credits will be issued based on the original payment method. For cash refunds over $50.00, a check will be mailed to you.

Online Purchases

Everything But Water wants you to be fully satisfied with your online purchase. We will gladly replace, exchange, or refund your online purchase, other than items designated as "on sale," within 30 days as long as the items are in saleable condition with all tags attached. Credits will be issued based on original payment method, excluding shipping charges.

To return items purchased online, simply send your items along with your return receipt and a brief explanation to the address listed below. It is recommended that you request a tracking number and delivery confirmation from your shipping provider to ensure the proper delivery of your return. We cannot issue refunds for lost and unconfirmed return shipments.
