Response Timing and Format
We will confirm receipt of your request within ten (10) business days. If you do not receive confirmation within the ten- (10) day timeframe, please call us at 888.796.6661.
We endeavor to substantively respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to another forty-five (45) days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

If you are age sixteen (16) or older, you have the right to direct us to not sell your personal information at any time (the "right to opt-out").
