No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, including affiliate or business partners. The opt-in is not transferable to another party involved in the process.

Location Information 

We use the Google Maps service on our Website. We may use the Google Maps service, and other services, to collect information about your physical location. Session Replay Tool

Our website uses a session replay analytics tool provided by a service provider on our behalf. We use this tool to improve user experience on our site, including by troubleshooting issues and helping us understand what features work and don’t work for our users. Our service provider collects data through this tool on our behalf, and is prohibited from using this data for any other purpose, or from selling or sharing any data we collect using the tool. Response Timing and Format

We will confirm receipt of your request within ten (10) business days. If you do not receive confirmation within the ten- (10) day timeframe, please call us at 888.796.6661.

We endeavor to substantively respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to another forty-five (45) days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.

Any disclosures we provide will only cover the twelve- (12) month period preceding our receipt of your request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

Personal Information Sales Opt-Out and Opt-In Rights

If you are age sixteen (16) or older, you have the right to direct us to not sell your personal information at any time (the "right to opt-out"). We do not sell the personal information of consumers we actually know are less than sixteen (16) years old regardless if we receive parental consent. Consumers who opt-in to personal information sales may opt-out of future sales at any time.
