Orders can usually be cancelled within an hour after they are placed via the cancel order link in the order confirmation email or in the my account section.

Estimated shipping time does not include order processing time. Our weekday cut off for same-day order processing begins at 2pm EST. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday or over the weekend may not be processed until the following Monday. Orders placed on a U.S. Holiday will not be processed until the next weekday.

Returns are free for orders over $100 (merchandise total, excluding taxes and shipping) that are shipping within the contiguous U.S.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and typically processed within 3 to 4 business days of receipt. An email notification will be sent when your return has been received in our Returns Processing Center and after it has been processed. You should see a refund to your account within 10 business days, subject to your bank's processing time.
Items ordered together may ship separately. If your order is sent in multiple shipments, your credit card will be charged as each package ships, and you will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment. Additional shipping fees will not be charged for subsequent shipments.
In-store purchases and most online purchases can be returned to any store location. Items purchased through ShopRunner or Amazon cannot be returned to a store.

Returns must be initiated within the Your Orders section on Amazon.com and returned with the provided shipping label. Purchases cannot be returned to an Everything But Water store location.
When we validate your billing address, a $1 transaction hold is placed. You haven't been charged; the transaction hold will be removed by your financial institution 3 to 7 days from the day of authorization.
If you choose the PayPal Pay in 4 option, this will split your payments into 4 equal payments—one every 2 weeks.
